Hardchrome Services specialise in the industrial chromium plating of pistons, forks and hydraulic rams. We have been servicing the local Adelaide market since 1972 and regularly provide chromium plating for clients throughout South Australia and nationally. Most items can be sent via courier or Australia Post.
Quality hard chrome will reduce friction, add wear resistance and increase corrosion resistance. It is used most commonly on motor bike forks, hydraulic rams and earth moving equipment. Hard chrome is also very important for agriculture, marine, wineries, aircraft and tooling.
Hardchrome Services can offer:
- Flash chroming up to 5 metres
- Linishing up to 7.57 metres
- Cylindrical grinding up to 2.8 metres between centres
- Internal grinding
Industrial chromium plating is not the same as
decorative chrome. Our chrome plating is for
reducing friction and replacing worn parts rather
than for making things visually appealing.
